Lanteri & Associati is an independent Italian Accounting and Tax Firm founded on 1978.
The Firm is formed as an active and dynamic organization made of professional Chartered Accountants focusing in assisting foreign clients in any, tax, accounting and labor matters.
Our professionals regularly provide assistance in all the tax and accounting areas to companies operating in different industries such as Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Commercial transactions, Vat and Labor matters.
Most of our clients are foreign companies operating in Italy: our firm has a deep vocation in assisting international/foreign financial, industrial and commercial companies investing or operating in Italy.
The Team
We assist a wide numbers of international Law and Tax Offices in cross-border transactions with Italy. The firm is composed of 12 professionals acting across different practice areas.
We regularly cooperate on a non-exclusive basis with some of the leading independent firms based in the main foreign jurisdictions.
